We use raw materials refined among small local producers who shares our same philosophy of doing “as it used to be”:craftmanship,respect for the environement,the man and the animals,quality,authenticity.
A culinary trip made of healthy dishes,cooked at low temperatures and then vacuum-packed in order to keep the properties of our “treasures”.

The farmhouse is part of the historic Poderi Marcarini winery,in La Morra village,in the heart of the Barolo hillside in which we have made wine for 6 generations.During the visit you will taste and discover more about the history of our wines.We would like to take you into the heart of our world and of our family.

The four-legged friends are welcome,but we inform you that others pets are in the residence. The daily price is 30 euros for each pet.

DISCOVERING THE LANGHE BY EBIKE
From the morning an E-bike will be available for you for a whole day for discovering by yourself the amazing hillsides with its picturesque villages.

An expert Trifulao(truffle hunters) with his trusted four-legged friend will make you live the experience of seeking and finding the White or Black truffle from Alba.You’ll get to know the secrets about training dogs and where the best renowned truffles grow and can be found.
